§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following, we will inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data relating to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail we will store the data provided by you (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number, if applicable) in order to answer your questions. We will erase any data so collected if storage is no longer necessary, or we will restrict processing should there be any statutory retention obligations.

(4) If we commission service providers for individual functions of our offer, or use your data for promotional purposes we will inform you in detail about the respective processes as set forth below. We will also inform you about the specific storage period criteria.

§3 How we collect personal data when you visit our website

(1) If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide information, we only collect the personal data transferred by your browser to our server. If you visit our website, we collect the following data which we need for technical purposes in order to display the website and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(F) GDPR):

  • date and time of the request
  • content of the request (specific page)
  • access status/HTTP status code
  • the respective amount of data transferred
    website, URL, from which the request origins
  • browser
  • the operating system and its interface
  • language and version of the browser software

(2) Use of cookies:

a) This website uses “Google Analytics”, provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyse the use of the website by the user. The service uses “cookies” - text files which will be stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is in general transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

IP anonymisation is used on this website. The user’s IP address is shortened within the EU Member States and the European Economic Area. Due to this shortening the IP address cannot be related to your person. Under the agreement on the commissioned processing of data between the operators of the website and Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to analyse website use and activities, and provides services related to the use of the internet.

You have the option to prevent the storage of a cookie on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. If your browser does not accept cookies, you might not be able to use all of the website’s functions.
